Muslim community condemns Boston Bombing
The community of Masjid-e-Ali (as) strongly condemns the bombings at the Boston Marathon on Monday, April 15th, 2013 where 3 died and hundreds were injured. The community was shocked by the tragedy and the loss of innocent victims.
The killing of innocent people goes against the basic tenants of human rights.
The Holy Qur’an tell us:
If anyone killed a person to spread mischief in the land – it would be as if he killed all mankind, and if anyone saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of all mankind. [Suratul-Maeda] (32)
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the victims and their families and we ask the community members to remember the dead and the injured families in their prayers.
